ashish-biswas
Ashish Biswas
creative head
After an MBA and two years in Services Consulting, Ashish swapped boardrooms for brainstorming rooms — and hasn’t looked back since. His creative ride kicked off in 2012, directing ad films for brands like Tata Sky, Gillette, Honda, and Netmeds. Pretty soon, brands weren’t just asking for films — they wanted full-blown ideas. Now, Ashish leads a team of writers, designers, and freelancers, turning business problems into multi-platform campaigns. For Ashish, the best creative work happens in a “flow state” - a complete state of immersion and focus. The other state that Ashish thrives best in is “last minute panic!”.

sudeep-lodh
sudeep lodh
director - client servicing & BD
Meet Sudeep — client-whisperer, part-time brainstorm ninja and full-time chaos coordinator. Pre-prod panic? Shoot-day sprints? He’s the guy keeping the creative team on their toes (and semi-sane) while making sure deadlines don’t run away. He loves jumping into brainstorms just as much as he enjoys steering the ship. When he's not juggling calls, he’s chasing the best food spots, binge-watching films, or downing a protein shake. Big on getting things done, bigger on cracking jokes, and always ready to pull a little magic out of the madness.

kishor-dashpute
kishor dashpute
Head – Business Strategy & Operations
At our integrated agency-cum-production house, freelancers and vendors are the lifeblood and Kishor is the one who ensures business operations and everything else run like clockwork. From planning shoots and negotiating rates to handling last-minute curveballs (always with a smile), he’s the calm in the chaos, quietly keeping everything on track. On any given day, you’ll find Kishor juggling a hundred calls, assembling the dream team for every project. In a perfect world, though? He’d be sipping endless cups of chai, sending out festive and personal wishes, checking in on everyone’s well-being, all while nurturing the strong bonds.

sreya-rath
Sreya Rath
Creative Lead
Meet Sreya — (yes, missing an ‘h’ — creative flair, duh). A cinephile, idea enthusiast, and part-time blank-screen philosopher, she’s usually found overthinking ideas and underthinking life choices. Fueled by an oversized water bottle and questionable playlists, she spends her time turning half-thoughts into half-decent ideas. When she’s not brainstorming, she’s deep-diving into movie trivia or getting sidetracked by a reel she swears is work-related.

nidhi-kulkarni
Nidhi Kulkarni
Creative Lead
Fueled by chai and the rhythmic clicky-clack of a keyboard, Nidhi thrives on constant creative stimulation. A storyteller at heart, she’s been weaving words into little worlds for as long as she can remember. When she’s not writing, thinking, or staring at a blank document (hoping words to appear by themselves), her nose is buried in a book. Taking life one word, one sentence, and one chapter at a time, she’s always on the lookout for the next story worth telling.
yellow ball
anagha-menon
Anagha Menon
Senior Creative Associate
Trying to live up to her name (meaning Unique) Anagha can usually be found chasing ideas she thinks are unique, always aiming to think out-under-and over the box. A staunch believer in the silly and stranger things of life, she will be down for almost anything "for the plot". Out of work, you might run into her at the theatres or at a Karaoke belting notes or sharing opinionated takes no one asked for. A nihilist in theory, optimist in practice, she is held together by good food, sad films and an unending belief in kindness.

karan-bodke
Karan Bodke
AI Workflow Specialist
Karan is the kind of guy who can summon entire worlds with a few keystrokes — type a prompt, judge the output, regenerate if it’s not quite right, repeat until it’s perfect. Mostly chill about it too. But the moment technology decides to glitch on him, a different Karan shows up, and it’s a sight to behold. Off duty, he’s watching everything from total brainrot to deeply intellectual cinema, often switching between the two mid-sentence. When he’s not glued to a screen, he’s probably acting in something or on a field somewhere, playing whatever sport is on offer.
red ball
jayesh-dhuri
Jayesh Dhuri
Senior Accountant
Every set has a hundred moving parts, and Jayesh knows exactly where each one is. What came in, what went out, what was supposed to show up and didn’t — he’s got it all. The producer’s first call when the budget needs making sense of, he’s the kind of person who can tell you where every rupee went and why it was worth it. Good food keeps him going through it all. And when the week is done, he finds his way to a dance floor — same energy, different spreadsheet.

ajay-more
Ajay More
Head of Finance
At some point, everyone at Imagos has walked up to Ajay with a problem they didn’t know how to explain and left with an answer they actually understood. The man can find a missing paisa before you’ve found your keys, and he’ll do it without making you feel like you should have caught it yourself. He knows the finances, the policies, and every corner of how this place works. Calm in a way that doesn’t feel performed. The kind of person you didn’t know you needed until you really needed him.
red ball
gayatri-sohani
Gayatri Sohani
Senior Art Director
Gayatri designs because she loves it — and that makes all the difference. Hand her a brief and get out of the way; she’ll come back with something that makes you wonder how she even thought of that. The person you want around when things go sideways, because she won’t. And when she commits to something, she means it — professionally and personally. Outside work, she’s just as committed — to an afternoon nap, a conversation that’s drifted far from where it started, sketching for the joy of it, or testing a new recipe on whoever’s nearby.
yellow ball
nikhil-thombre
Nikhil Thombre
Refreshment Officer
If reliability were a job title, Nikhil would be overqualified. The agency’s go-to for literally everything — early morning shoot, last-minute crisis, random office emergency — chances are, it’s Nikhil. When he’s not at work, he’s apparently a trekking king, which surprises anyone who’s seen him glued to his phone waiting for the clock to strike 7 PM. And then there’s his tea — rumour has it one sip leaves people completely madhosh. Whether that’s because it’s exceptionally good or something else entirely remains one of Imagos’s enduring mysteries.
